Kathy Ochenrider, President Kathy is originally from Tennessee. She started flying with United in 1972. She's been based in Chicago since 1976 and has been a volunteer with The CAUSE foundation since 1997. In March of 2003 Kathy became President of The CAUSE Foundation
Judee Beyer, Vice President/CIO Judee is originally from the Los Angeles area. She started flying with United in 1976. She is now based in Chicago. She's been a volunteer with The CAUSE Foundation since 1996. In March of 2003 she became their first Chief Information Officer and in October of 2004 she became Vice President of The CAUSE Foundation
Denise Brode, Treasurer Denise graduated from the University of Wyoming and then moved to Chicago in 1972 when she started flying with United. She is still based in Chicago. She has been a volunteer with The CAUSE Foundation since 1997. In October of 2002 she became Treasurer of The CAUSE Foundation.
Mitzi Gaudio Secretary Mitzi was born and raised in Denver Colorado. She started her career with United in September of 1990. She was based in Newark, Kennedy and Miami before returning to Denver with the closure of Miami. She is married with two children. She became a volunteer with The CAUSE Foundation 2 years ago and was elected Secretary in October 2007. She is enjoying every minute of her involvement with CAUSE.
Bev Van Zandt, Staff Adminstrator Bev graduated from UCLA. She worked for Consumer Credit Counseling Service as their Internal Accounting Director until March of 1999, when she became the first (and only) paid employee of The CAUSE Foundation
Monica Leonard, Founder/Advisor Monica started The CAUSE Foundation® in 1994. Although she retired in 2002, she has stayed on in an advisory role.
